Individual Therapy: One-on-one sessions to address your unique needs, providing tools for emotional healing and personal empowerment. Techniques used in sessions come from my training in EMDR and IFS along with a humanistic, experiential approach.
Pop-Up Yoga Classes: Look on my Instagram for occasional yoga classes! I love to offer Yoga Nidra and restorative-based classes to help people carve out time in their lives to reconnect with themselves.
Yoga as Healing: A Trauma Therapy Healing Circle for Women:
Join a supportive community of women in a safe, nurturing environment. This group therapy offers a space to share, connect, and heal together while exploring themes of safety, grounding, self-expression, boundaries, and intuition.
