Creating safe spaces for creativity, compassion, and connection

A woman with long brown hair and a nose ring is sitting on a beige cushioned outdoor lounge chair, smiling, with her chin resting on her hand. She is wearing a burgundy sleeveless top and layered jewelry, including pearl bracelets and rings. Behind her is a woven rattan structure.

Hi, I’m Jessica ◡̈

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). I'm a multi-passionate person, and that definitely shows up in my work.

Some days I'm in my therapy office working one-on-one with a woman who has found her way to me, healing from trauma and reconnecting with herself through talk therapy, EMDR, or Trauma-Conscious Yoga. Other days you'll find me on the floor with a seven year old, helping them navigate big emotions at the school where I work.

I love weaving in group work and community offerings throughout the year, and you can find current openings on my Instagram.

I'm really glad you're here.
